First impressions can be crucial so it's important your home is looking its best when you're ready to sell. Remember, your park owner will claim a commission fee of up to 10% when you sell so do everything in your power to get the best possible price. Tidy all rooms and thoroughly declutter – a bedroom full of dirty clothes or a newspaper-strewn front room will put people off. If you've got cats or dogs, ask a neighbour to look after them while you're showing people round. Not everybody likes animals or their smell! Clean the windows, cut the grass, change the beds and scrub the bath and toilet. When you've done this, take some photographs to show your property in the best possible light.
